Colleen’s 25 years of award-winning executive sales experience gathered at such notable corporations as 3M, Forrester and similar business institutions taught her many lessons about people and how to satisfy their needs. Colleen’s approach to customer care began developing early in her life watching her father build his manufacturing business, starting in the family garage in Pittsburgh and growing it to service customers throughout the nation. It continued as she observed successful business practices living in such international places as South America and Spain, or domestically in Florida and throughout the greater Boston area for the past 33 years. Everywhere, the key to a successful sales practice was offering a superior product or service, and doing it with authenticity and an empathetic understanding of a client’s needs.
